At FTA we know and value the importance of individualized instruction and training. This is why we encourage the use of our exclusive one-on-one football personal training program. The sessions include first hand training based on the needs of the individuals that participate. There are several personalized sessions that can be set up with our skilled training staff.
Eddie Arza - Quarter Backs, Running Backs, Receivers, Defensive Backs, and Speed & Agility
Douglas Ponce - Receivers, Tights Ends, Slots, & Speed & Agility
Jesus Sosa - Offensive Line & Defensive Line
Red $120.00 for 4 sessions per month = 1 session per week.
White $240.00 for 8 sessions per month = 2 sessions per week.
Blue $360.00 for 12 sessions per month = 3 sessions per week (includes 1 free session).
All session are paid on a monthly basis prior to receipt of services. Monthly schedules are made based on requests and payments. Any reschedules MUST be done at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled session in order to not loose any one-on-one training dates.

***All 1-ON-1 training sessions include 30 minutes of Speed & Agility
***Anytime there is more than 2 athletes in a private session, the session is 1 hour and a half (Extra 30 Minutes)
