Standard Policies Operations

• A parent or guardian must accompany each participant to first day check-in.
• A parent or guardian is required to pick up the participant at dismissal each day.
• The Release and Hold Harmless Agreement must be signed by a parent or guardian.
• Participants without a signed waiver will not be allowed to participate.

Release and Hold Harmless Waiver

• First Team Athletics reserves the right to suspend or terminate the participation of any athlete when it is deemed necessary in the best interest of the program or other participants.
• We reserve the right to cancel the entire program day or any portion of it in the event of rain or inclement weather. We will try to make up the day on a future date. No refunds or credits will be issued for program days (or portions thereof) canceled on account of inclement weather or rain. The decision to cancel and/or modify a program rests solely with the management and its head coaches.

Medical

• First Team Athletics’ staff does not administer or store medicine on behalf of participants.
• The participant must be prepared and able to self-administer any medicine needed.

Self Medication Permission Form

• The program director and some staff are trained in first aid and will take action in the event of an emergency.
• In the event your child requires medicine, a self-administration of medication form must be completed and on file prior to the start of camp.

Monetary

• There is no refund of payment for unattended camp days. Unattended program days cannot be transferred to future programs.
• In cases of cancellation before January 12 a half of the pre-paid amount will be retained.
• On or after January 12, in cases of cancellation, we will retain the full pre-paid amount.
