Hello, Coach Arza
Im the mother of Jonathan. Last year was my sons first year with you and I cannot stop thanking you for all that you do for those kids. Parents should stop and take a deep breath and really aske them selves does my son really want to do football?? Maybe my son wasn't fit to be a Q/B, D/B,etc... I recommend that you bring him to Coach Arza he knows and understands the fails and victory a child goes thru. He has the upmost respect from me and my son. My son now has the will and the power thanks to FTA.. We love you guys ...We are FTA

Hi Coach Arza;
I wanted to "thank you" for the excellent job you did with Andrew, helping him with his confidence and hitting. As you know yesterday was his first day of hitting with his team and once he got over the "butterflies" on the way to practice; Andrew started to remember everything you taught him.
I have to say; Andrew did "AWESOME" yesterday! The kids Andrew thought would be difficult to tackle and hit were no where near what you prepared him for. He showed up kids that were playing for 4-5 years. I was EXTREMELY proud of him....and we have you to THANK.

Coach Arza I want to thank you.The last 2 years my son has been sitting on the bench at Tamiami. This past Sat he scored his 1ST TD and my sick Father his Granpa was able to see it. You dont just teach kids football you make them tough. I cant wait for FTA Next year.

I have been with FTA ever since they opened. Every year its more and more exciting. My son love coach arza. My son is a special needs child, and coarch arza does not make any excuses for him. My son told coarch arza and his wife that "he was not different than other kids! he has two arms,two legs, just like them". and coach arza said I was never going to treat you differently. And my son had a huge smile on his face. All he does is ask when is it FTA time?? With that said "WE ARE FTA" Love, Perez Family

THANK YOU!!!!!!!! You have been a blessing to my son Josh. He has lost weight and is absolutely amazed how he is doing with his football skills. This is my son's second year with FTA, and it is the best money I spend. He has fun while he is learning and becoming a better person. He also participated today in the UM day camp, and had an amazing day! The energy and enthusiasm on that field today was really awesome. I want to thank Coach Arza for the commitment and dedication that he displays towards our kids. Everyone on the FTA team is really wonderful, his wife and daughter included. Thanks!

FTA is such a great football program. It is hard work, but I always look forward to training days. Coach Arza and all the coaches teach us so much about the game and train us the right way so we don't get hurt. I hate when it ends.

Just received my son's Julian's report card and he can't wait to show it to the FTA STAFF.Not only has FTA made me son's 40 TIME GO From a 5.3 to a 4.9 but his GPA Has gone from a 1.9 to a 3.0 The love that the FTA Staff give all the kids should be recognized from all who read this. Arza you have a gift and the FACT That we ened every practice by saying GOD 1ST IS AWESOME

My son Erick 14 years old with only 2 YEARS Sitting on the bench at Tamiami tells me he wants to play reciver.I thank God I was reffered to FTA and Coach Doug Ponce. Erick has 28 receptions 7 TD'S and on the 1ST TEAM FOR THE 1ST TIME IN HIS LIFE!!!Coach Arza you where right Coach Doug Ponce is the best Receiver Coach in the Nation. Thank you FTA my sons confidence in life has also earned him a spot in the Principals Honor Roll

Coach Arza I would first like to thank you for my son’s first rookie year’s outcome and results in which he happen to be the first starting quarter back thanks to your football camp and your coach staff. If it was not for your preparation on all of the fundamentals of youth football that was practice this year during the off season , my son of 8yrs of age Anthony, would not have been a starting player his first year competing with most of his team players that have played already prior years making most of the players on the team there 4th year of experience playing youth tackle football and still being able to get a primary skilled offensive starting position thanks to FTA. Coach Arza to the Cordovi Family you are the Legendary King Coach when it comes to youth football in are district area of West Dade and I really respect you for your teaching techniques, passion, love, patience, and the ability on the way you work with kids, plus you tell it how it is on what you see directly to the parent. My son will continue his football path and journey until he graduates high school 10yrs from now with your special gift such as preparation and training to become better football athlete. As you always said, Tackle Football is not a contact sport but a collision sport. FTA kid for life!

I would like to thank Coach Arza and his wife Ada for all that they do for the Overtown Optimist.Last Sunday Halloween was Mrs Arza's Birthday,but they still drove all the way from west kendall to pick up my son along with 8 other kids to take them to UM for a great event. I ask my self why do they do that? The answer is easy they do it cause they Love kids.FTA is not just about football Coach Arza teaches kids about the Game of life.Thank you Ada Overtown Loves having Macho,Elizabeth and both of you.I hope you guys bring FTA to the kids of Overtown cause Lord knows they need a program that is runed by someone who Truly Cares

I would just like to thank FTA and its great Staff. For the great job they have done throughout the football offseason. This program I think is something very special and its only going to get bigger until one day it will be national known. The FTA staff does a great job with providing our kids with the proper technique and skills to be successful in the game of football. But they also provide our kids with life skills. Football is not just a sport it teaches also about life in more ways than one. I think most of the parents who enrolled their children into FTA will agree wiith me totally. Once again I would like to THANK the FTA STAFF you guys have done a wonderful job. Me and my family look forward to seeing the FTA STAFF in the future. And yes WE ARE FTA 4 LIFE.

The Perez Family wants to Thank the entire FTA Staff and families for all that they have done for my 2 kids. When I first registered my kids in FTA I like many other parents thought FTA would teach our kids football,speed & agility.But WOW WHERE WE WRONG. Coach Arza is a GREAT MOTIVATOR. He is tough but loving. I even learned that he visited kids at home and at there schools to help parents with kids that where having issues with Grades or behavior.

I just want to thank Coach Arza and the other wonderful coaches that help our kids not only great football drills, but life skills that will take them far. Today is saturday 2/13/10. My son used his skills that he got at fta, and applied them to a football game he had thursday with his friends. He came to me and his dad and cried about how FTA showed him the correct way to use your agility and ability in football.We will allways EXTREMELY THANKFULL. **note remember my son has a physical disability** We Love You FTA. I have taken my 2 kids to sevrall football camps that charge over $250 for 3 days of training and in reality you can't compare how great the FTA coaching staff is. 4 MONTHS 3 DAYS A WEEK FOR $240 WOW THANK YOU FTA

A few weeks ago I was driving my son to school and saw your sign and called.First after speaking with Coach Arza I felt how big his heart was over the phone and when I met him in person I knew my son was in the right place.Everyone comes to FTA for Football Speed and Agility but with Coach Arza and his staff my son is learing about life and how to be a WINNER!!! I recomend any parent to join the FTA Family.

Coach Arza my husband and I want to say Thank You.For many years we had our son play Flag Football and I have to be honest the day I heard you say that flag football is the worst thing a true football player should use as preparation for tackle football I did not agree with you.You are right flag football gets kids to adopt manny bad habbits and some kids forget the good habbits since they are not used in flag.Flag is for fun and as you said best "FLAG IS WAS INVENTED FOR OLD GUYS TO PLAY OUT THERE DREAMS" Thanks to FTA my son started all 8 JV Games at Sunset and is projected to start next year in the varsity.Coach Ponce is AWSOME See you on Jan 11th

My name is Bryan I'm 12 years old, last year during the FTA camp I lost 21 pounds. But Coach Arza and Coach Sosa taught me how to continue to loose the weight on my own. I can't wait unitl Jan 11,10 to atend my 2nd yr of FTA. My doctor wants me to loose another 30 lbs. I know that FTA is the way. Thank you again. See you soon!!!!!!

I worked with Coach Arza for a few days before my 6th high school game of my freshman year. I gained skill and a sense of confidence. As a matter of fact, Coach helped me throw my first touchdown pass. The first of many with him as my coach. I look forward to working with Coach Arza up till my senior year and beyond.

Coach Ponce & Eddy Arza,encourage and focus on indivdual goal attainments and achievements. A fundemental trust is built with the kids that allows them to learn and listen. As for my son he has shown improvments in leadership and sportsmanship. The program is great and I recommend it to all.

IN the short term that I have met Mr. Arza he has showed me so many different things sometimes I just dont know who I am getting the next day because he always seems to surprise you with something. He has lofty ambitions, athletic abilities, kindness, very passionate, a wizzard of the game. He is a sort of legend in his small neighborhood in Kendall Fl. We appreciate everything Eddy Arza has done for the kids in our community. He was given a gift from GOD, and we hope he continues to use it on our kids. I met Coach Arza while visiting the Randy Shannon football camp in 2008 in Coral Gables. As the parent of a young athlete, I have come to have the highest respect for Coach Arza both as an individual and as a football coach. He displayed nothing but a tremendous relationship with each child and shared his vast football knowledge in a very admirable way. He has the gift of both coaching as well as teaching the skills necessary for success in football. Coach Arza is also blessed with the character that kids can look up to. I would highly recommend him to anyone who wishes to further their skill set in the sport.
